This program is built for all softball players — position players, pitchers, and catchers. The main 12-week program covers the full athletic development needed for any softball athlete. The bonus Pitching PDF and Catcher PDF are included for those specific positions.
What equipment do I need? +
You need access to a gym with a barbell and plates, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and a box jump platform. Substitutions are noted where equipment may vary.
How many days per week and how long are sessions? +
Three days per week — recommended Monday, Wednesday, Friday or any three non-consecutive days. Each session runs approximately 60 to 75 minutes depending on the phase.
Can I run this during the season? +
No — this is an off-season performance development program. Start it 12+ weeks before your season begins so you peak heading into opening day.
How does delivery work? +
