"Baseball was everything to me growing up in the Bahamas. I played in international tournaments representing my country, earned a scholarship to come to America, played at Christ School in North Carolina, and went on to play college ball at Belmont Abbey. I gave everything I had to that game.

But my career was marked by a string of minor injuries that kept pulling me back — and through all of it, I always felt like I had more in the tank. More speed. More power. More I never got to show.

That feeling never left me. And instead of letting it become a regret, I turned it into a mission. I went back to school, earned my Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, got certified as a CSCS, worked inside the New York Yankees organization, and spent years learning exactly why athletes get held back — and what it actually takes to unlock what they're capable of.
